You Choose How Much Data To Enter
ThrowsLog has a Copy feature that makes the entering of Throws very quick. However, if you are limited to how many Throws you can enter, try one of the following:
Enter the longest and shortest Throws only.
Enter only the longest Throws.
You Choose Who Enters The Data
You can enter the data.
The Throwers can enter the data.
Assistants can enter the data.
Reasons You Should Use ThrowsLog
Motivate Throwers by showing them Graphs of their progress.
Motivate Throwers by using Graphs to make guesstimations about future Throw distances.
Motivate Throwers by congratulating them on their longest Throws.
Prevent over training. If Throw distances are getting shorter, something is wrong.
Use it at the meet, at practice, at home or anywhere.
Use it on a phone, tablet or computer.
Enter/view Metric or Imperial distances.

You can however click on the Implement Thrown and Throw Type fields to see what default Implements and Throw Types are in ThrowsLog.
Once you Get Started with ThrowsLog you can change what items appear in both of those fields.
You can delete items, change items or add items.
You can customize them to your liking.

Here are some things to note about this example with only a small number of Throws entered.
Bob's average practice throw on 09/26/2019 was 41-10 (12.75).
Bob's average practice throw on 09/27/2019 was 42-8.5 (13.01). This indicates that Bob's training is working because he is Throwing Farther.
Bob's average practice throw on 09/28/2019 was 43-1 (13.13). Again, confirmation that Bob's training is working because he is Throwing Farther.
Bob's average meet throw on 09/30/2019 was 43-11 (13.38). It does not get any better than this!
Bob is getting better in practice and it is paying off at the meets!
